Al-Mizan Trust Winter Warmer Pack Project

"Over 25,000 elderly people died last winter because of the cold. Increasing fuel prices are forcing the most vulnerable and isolated people in the country to choose between heating and eating. This Winter, Al-Mizan Charitable Trust will be distributing 400 Winter Warmer Packs to the elderly in towns and cities across the UK.

Each pack contains: 

Supplies to keep warm – Blanket, Microwaveable Heat Packs, Socks, Gloves, Hat, Scarf and Thermos Mug

Toiletries to keep well – Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Shower Gel, Soap, Toilet Roll, Throat Lozenges and Multivitamins

Emergency Food for when it snows – Tea, Milk, Soup, Instant Noodles/Rice, Biscuits, Juice and Porridge
