Practical Impact: Church Urban Fund National Conference

An event for CEO’s, project workers, church leaders, management committee members, youth and community workers, volunteers and people who live and work in communities confronting poverty.
 

Purpose

Practical Impact is about tackling poverty together:

· Stories of hope and transformation living and working in poor communities across England

· Practical ideas and approaches - from fundraising, enterprise and assets to governance, management and mission

· Toolkits and resources – ideas, tools and equipment to take away

· Opportunity to network find encouragement and solidarity – relationships that help and inspire

· Thinking, reflection and prayer

The day will include a mix of:

· Inspiring main sessions

· Stories and case studies

· Interactive workshops

· Opportunities to network and meet with other activists

· The Square – meet the organisations providing further thinking, ideas and resources
