Following the success of the Outstanding Leadership Workshops which have run at breakfast time or in the early evening since 2011, we are delighted to offer you an exclusive Open Space Outstanding Leadership event
Feedback from participants in each of the series so far has been that the opportunity to come together with peers from other organisations to explore leadership themes has been both useful and enjoyable.
In response, we are planning an open space event to allow those conversations, and more like them to, continue with this expanded community from the different series.
The structure of the open space is based on the idea that delegates at conferences frequently reported that their most interesting conversations took place away from the formal part of the programme – over coffee or at lunch time. The participants for the day will set the agenda in terms of the specific areas for discussion under the broad heading of Outstanding Leadership.
You will also decide what – if any – formal outputs or actions from the session you’d like. Thinking along Outstanding Leadership terms, what we will do is ‘hold time and space’ for the good work to emerge from the collective wisdom in the room.
